The Formax AutoSeal® FD 2056 delivers the ultimate tabletop solution for processing pressure-sensitive one-piece mailers, combining advanced automation with user-friendly design. Built for high-efficiency performance, it features a full-color touchscreen control panel and automatically detects and adjusts for 11”, 14”, and 17” form sizes.

With five pre-programmed fold settings—including C, V, Z, and uneven/eccentric C and Z folds—the FD 2056 also allows users to store up to 35 custom fold configurations at the touch of a button. This makes switching between jobs fast and seamless.

The FD 2056 uses a dependable drop-in three-roller feed system that eliminates the need for paper fanning, ensuring consistent feeding and minimal operator intervention. It processes up to 16,450 forms per hour and delivers output to an integrated telescoping conveyor with automated nip rollers, capable of holding up to 500 finished pieces. Fully-automated stacker wheels adjust automatically, removing the need for manual repositioning when changing paper sizes or fold types.

Its intuitive touchscreen interface enables even untrained operators to begin processing quickly and efficiently. The advanced software provides complete flexibility, allowing users to tailor standard fold types and paper sizes to meet specific workflow needs.

Optional accessories include a fully enclosed cabinet for storage, 402 Series Joggers for improved form alignment, and the V-Stack36i Stacker, which vertically stacks up to 22” of processed forms for easy unloading.
